QUICKSTART · 5 STEPS

From the first text
to the first booking.

Five steps. About 35 minutes total. By the end, your AI receptionist is answering calls in your voice, booking customers into your calendar, and sending invoices through Stripe.

  1. 01
    5 minutes
    STEP ONE

Text the agent and answer five questions

The setup wizard runs in the same messages thread you will use to operate the agent. Text +1 (470) 821 4265 from your phone. The agent asks for your business name, the services you offer, your city, your hours, and the channels you want to handle (phone, SMS, WhatsApp, web chat).

    • Your business name and short description
    • Three services you offer (or "general" if mixed)
    • Your city + service area
    • Your real business hours
    • The channels you want covered
  2. 02
    30 seconds of clean audio
    STEP TWO

Clone your voice (or pick a stock voice)

The agent answers calls in your voice if you record about 30 seconds of clean speech. The instant clone is convincing enough that most customers will not realize it is AI. If you prefer not to clone, pick a stock voice in the wizard.

    • Find a quiet room
    • Read the prompt the agent gives you (around 30 seconds)
    • Listen to the playback; re-record if it does not sound like you
    • OR: pick a stock voice from the wizard's catalog
  3. 03
    10 minutes
    STEP THREE

    Wire the calendar and Stripe

For the agent to book customers and send invoices, it needs read/write access to your calendar (Google Calendar or similar) and a Stripe Connect account for payments. Both are OAuth flows; the agent walks you through each.

    • Connect Google Calendar (or your calendar of choice) via OAuth
    • Connect Stripe Connect; you control payouts as normal
    • Confirm the agent can read your existing bookings (so it does not double-book)
    • Set your booking buffers (15 min between appointments, etc.)
  4. 04
    5 minutes (carrier-dependent)
    STEP FOUR

    Forward your business line

Most service businesses do not want to switch numbers; they want to keep their existing number and forward to the agent. Most carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) support unconditional or conditional call forwarding. The agent gives you the forwarding code for your specific carrier and walks you through setting it up.

    • Tell the agent your current carrier
    • Decide: forward all calls, or forward after-hours only
    • Dial the forwarding code on your business line
    • Test by calling your business number from a different phone
  5. 05
    15 minutes
    STEP FIVE

Take three test calls and approve the first booking

Before you fully cut over, run a test cycle. Call your business number from a different phone three times: once asking for a booking, once asking a hours/pricing question, once being deliberately confusing. Read the agent's response and confirm the booking went into your calendar. Repeat once or twice if anything feels off.

    • Test call 1: a clear booking request
    • Test call 2: an hours/pricing question
    • Test call 3: a deliberately ambiguous call
    • Verify the bookings landed correctly in your calendar
    • Approve the first real customer booking the next morning from your phone

Start step one now.

The first text starts the wizard. Free to start. No card.
